QUESTION: How is a lawsuit brought about and what should I do?

ANSWER: It naturally entirely depends on what kind of case it is we are helping you with. We will first require all the documents and information we need from you, which you may then send us in the manner most convenient to you. Most of our clients use e-mails and send us file attachments (scanned documents), but we obviously also receive letter mails and faxes. The law firm has also encrypted a 'secure mail' that you may choose to use if you want to take special precaution to ensure the confidentiality of your documents. We want to stress that we are sworn to secrecy and that your information and documents are in secure hands and strictly kept confidential.
