QUESTION: Is it a problem if I live in another part of the country or abroad?

ANSWER: NO, not at all. We cover the whole country and regularly handle cases for clients from all over Denmark and even from abroad. Communication with our clients is largely through phone and e-mails, and if a need for a meeting in person arises, we will make such a meeting in which case we can also come to you.

QUESTION: Is it a problem if I want to buy property in another part of the country or abroad?

ANSWER: NO, not at all. A lawyer rarely inspects properties in property transactions and does therefore not need to be local. We regularly handle property transactions across the country and since the signing of documents and registration is nowadays done digitally via ’Nem ID’, it is only occasionally necessary to meet in person regarding property transactions. Should an exceptional need for a meeting arise, we would of course like to come and see you.

QUESTION: Is it a problem if my jurisdiction is in another part of the country or abroad?

ANSWER: NO. Most lawsuits take place in the jurisdiction where the defendant resides or does business, which is why we naturally regularly appear in front of the courts in various jurisdictions.
